As for the rules, well, the most important rule here is that you have fun!
Unlike many other message boards, we do not wish to bombard you with a bunch of unreasonable rules that make you feel like you are a child once again. We want to keep things simple. We require basic respect and dignity here. We don't want to have to heavily moderate this forum, because we believe we all understand the basic concept of treating people with dignity and respect.
No one is expected to agree all the time, and when you do disagree with someone, please try to do it in a civilized manner. That's it. No harassment, bashing, name calling and the like. If you feel you need to talk to someone about something you disagree with, please take it to email or private message. Do not challenge someone or call them out in a post. Nothing good ever comes of it. Disagreements should be handled in private. If an argument erupts in a post that is deemed unacceptable, the post may be locked or removed. If you have a concern with a member you feel you can't ignore or handle yourself privately, then please private message the administrator with your concerns.
